Job title: Digital Marketing Managing Director

As a Managing Director in the UK you will:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the agency’s vision, setting clear goals and delivering on ambitious growth targets.
Team Development: Inspire, lead, and grow a talented team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
Client Success: Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, ensuring outstanding service delivery and maximising client satisfaction.
Growth & Innovation: Identify market opportunities, develop new service offerings, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep the agency at the forefront of digital marketing.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the agency's financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency across all operations.

We want you to have:

Proven Leadership: Experience in a senior leadership role within a digital marketing agency, with a strong track record of delivering growth and results.
Strategic Visionary: Ability to set a clear strategic direction and inspire others to achieve it.
Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, content marketing, social media, and data-driven strategies.
