TWIG Group, part of the RSK Group is looking to appoint an Operations Director based out of their offices in Kent. This is a full time, permanent role. This role would suit an individual with a proven background at Director level within the Environmental, Construction, Vegetation Management or Energy sector.

We are a respected and leading ecological contractor. Based in Kent, we specialise in ground maintenance, ecological contracting and solar farm maintenance. The company’s client base includes major housebuilder Redrow, construction company Skanska, water companies and solar farm operators.

Responsibilities:

Sales forecasting.
Driving business growth through sales.
Supply and financial management.
Manage new and existing clients.
Manage operational performance, efficient and productivity

Requirements:

Preferably hold an undergraduate degree in an environmental, construction or engineering related discipline.
Previous experience managing environmental, construction, vegetation management or energy projects.
Full UK driving licence.
Working knowledge and background of following compliance procedures and policy.
Working understanding of budget preparation and sales forecasting.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary up to £70,000 depending on relevant experience.
