The most important attributes we are looking for is a Non-Executive Director who is dedicated and has the time to fulfil the role, is open to learning new things and, most importantly, believes in our desire to Light up Learning.
As a Non-Executive Director you will:
Make a Real Difference: Your insights and experiences matter. Use your perspective to inform conversations about the provisions for our pre-school children.
Community Contribution: Give back to the local community by actively supporting the development of the provisions. Your commitment will directly impact then children, staff, and families we work with.
Support and Challenge: Support the nurseries’ growth while constructively challenging it to improve.
Board-Level Skills Development: Step into a board-level environment where you’ll hone your leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills. It’s a chance to grow both personally and professionally.
