The purpose of the Managing Director post is to develop and embed the Collaborative’s strategic direction, governance, transformation, and organisational development programme, operational and financial performance.
This pivotal role is responsible for driving development and growth while enabling and establishing a positive ‘can do’ attitude and culture across the Collaborative’s stakeholders to support transformation and quality improvement initiatives for the benefit of patients and staff.

The Managing Director will work in partnership with lead Clinical Directors on a day to day basis to consolidate and ensure the effective operation of new care models, and help develop new partnerships, pathways and service models.
The Managing Director Will
- report to the Lead CEO of the East of England Provider Collaborative
- lead the day to day management of the collaborative within the East of England
- interface with all East of England providers and commissioners including ICBs and local authorities
- ensure that there is constant and visible leadership and ensure delivery of its performance, financial and governance requirements.
