Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organisation towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives. Duties

- Approve major business decisions, including financial policies, contracts, and resource allocation.
- Manage high-level client relationships, ensuring alignment of services with client needs and market demands.
- Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with UK laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Supervise department heads and employees to ensure efficient operations and collaborative performance.
- Oversee the financial health of the company, including reviewing budgets, financial statements, and operational performance.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to maintain organizational integrity and transparency.
- Represent the company in key negotiations, stakeholder meetings, and public engagements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles, including managing financial, operational, and strategic functions.
- Proven track record in finance, accounting, and auditing, with expertise in compliance, risk management, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a history of building strong stakeholder relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, including P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and implement process improvements for business growth.
- Proficiency in industry standards such as IAS, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Strategic thinker with experience in identifying new market opportunities and driving business expansion.
