- Analyse market trends and conditions in these regions to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Represent the company at industry events and meetings, both domestically and internationally.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of market conditions and business practices in India, Australia, and the Middle East.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organisational growth and innovation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with cultural nuances and the ability to navigate cross-border relationships effectively.
- Experience in business development and managing partnerships in the Middle Eastern market is highly desirable.
