As a General Manager with LUNA Students, you’ll hold the reins of our operations, ensuring a smooth day-to-day running while driving sales and long-term success.

Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing business strategies to ensure performance of business KPIs
Team Management: Motivate, mentor and promote a culture of health and safety within the property team
Operational Oversight: Ensure the efficient delivery of services on a day-to-day basis to deliver an outstanding service for our students
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively developing and maintaining university stakeholder relationships for long term business benefits
Financial Performance: Monitoring budgets, managing resource effectively to drive profitability
