Executive Assistant Mansfield - Hybrid Temporary 3 / 6 month contract c£28,000-£32,000 pro rata

An Executive Assistant / PA is required to provide support for the executive team and the board for our busy client based in the Mansfield area. This is an excellent role which also offers hybrid working.

Within the role of Executive Assistant, You will:

Be a point of contact for the Chair of the Board and non-executive directors.
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
Organising and making travel / accommodation arrangements
Plan and co-ordinate high level meetings for the board and leadership team
Collate and distribute papers, take, and circulate minutes and take responsibility for updating actions arising from meetings.
Providing other support as is necessary to ensure they can carry out their duties effectively.
Work with directors and their executive assistants to maintain a forward plan of items to ensure that relevant papers are produced on time, for distribution in high quality electronic meeting packs.
Support the manager and your wider team with secretarial duties.

The ideal candidate for the role of Executive Assistant / PA will have-

Experience of a personal assistant / executive assistance role at director level
Experience of planning meetings and diary management at a senior level
Experience of event planning and management would be an advantage
The ability to undertake and produce minutes (shorthand not required)
You will be highly organised and able to work on your own initiative.
Good use of MS Office
Available for occasional visits to other sies
