Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (Pre-Seed)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary CEO to lead 9N Technologies, we are at the forefront of a technological revolution, driven by the extraordinary properties of graphene. This versatile material, often referred to as a “wonder material,” has captured the attention of researchers and innovators across the globe due to its unique combination of strength, conductivity, flexibility, and lightweight composition. With graphene’s potential, we are reshaping the future of key industries, creating solutions that were once thought impossible.

This role will initially be unpaid until we secure our seed investment, which we are currently raising. Upon securing funding, the position will transition to a compensated role. The ideal candidate will be committed to driving our company's growth and success, with a focus on expanding our market presence in the UK. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, building and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Plan Review: Thoroughly analyse the existing business plan and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the team to refine the financial projections, ensuring they align with the company's goals and market potential.

2. Strategic Business Structuring: Work closely with the executive team and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategy for commercialising the patented graphene-from-waste technology. Define clear objectives, milestones, and a roadmap for implementation.

3. Investor Engagement: Take the lead in presenting the business plan to potential investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners. Effectively communicate the value proposition, growth potential, and financial viability of the company. Build strong relationships and negotiate investment terms to secure necessary funding.

4. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Set performance goals, ensure efficient resource allocation, and promote professional development opportunities.

5. Market Analysis and Competitive Assessment: Continuously monitor the industry landscape, technological advancements, and market trends related to graphene and waste technology. Identify potential competitors, assess market opportunities, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance standards governing the technology sector. Ensure the company's operations and processes adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices.

7. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, industry experts, and government agencies. Collaborate with external stakeholders to foster strategic alliances and secure necessary resources for the company's growth.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a CEO or in a leadership role in a technology-focused company.

* Strong understanding of technology trends, particularly in the field of graphene and waste management.

* Demonstrated expertise in business strategy, financial analysis, and investment management.

* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

* Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with a track record of successfully securing funding and partnerships.

* Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and intellectual property rights in the technology sector.

* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Technology), advanced degree preferred.
