We are supporting them to appoint a General Manager to lead their iconic and globally recognised attraction which welcomes over a million visitors per year. The organisation is focused on building a lifelong relationship with their visitors through their outdoor spaces and education programmes and plays a crucial role in their physical and mental wellbeing. With record recent investment into the site, it is a particularly exciting period of growth and evolution of the organisation.

This is a rare opportunity to lead an iconic visitor attraction, shape its future development and be a key figure within the senior leadership team. We are really interested to speak with candidates from high volume, customer focussed environments, with the following attributes;

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring together and drive collaboration across multiple diverse departments, including education & learning, marketing, events, retail and food & beverage.

Talented at providing inspirational leadership to a diverse team of over 250 staff.
The ability to deliver a seamless, first class visitor experience through outstanding customer service.
