About the Role: As CEO, you’ll work closely with the Board of Trustees, reporting directly to the Chair. This role involves setting strategy, inspiring staff and volunteers, ensuring operational excellence, and amplifying our impact. You’ll lead with purpose, fostering innovation and partnerships in all that we do.
Key Responsibilities Include:
✨ Leading the organisation’s strategic vision, mission, and values
✨ Supporting the Board to ensure effective governance and sustainable growth
✨ Developing and delivering a robust strategy to achieve Black Beetle Health’s goals
✨ Managing financial health and risk, along with ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
✨ Representing the organisation externally and building partnerships across sectors
