The Role:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with investors to achieve value-creation goals.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead organizational change and drive growth initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience at CEO, MD, or COO level in the manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in delivering business growth and leading exits.
- Background in supplying to the construction industry (desirable but not essential).
- Strong financial acumen and experience with PE-backed businesses.
- Hands-on leadership style; hybrid working with regular onsite presence.
