🚨 London MD - £130k base + guarantees + 100% bonus + shares 🚨

This is a VERY exciting one.

My client, a 40+ head, global Infrastructure & Renewables specialist, are on the lookout for an industry leading MD to spearhead the growth of their LDN office.

After receiving significant investment (allowing them to 2x HC last year) they are looking to significantly invest in the growth of their London office.

In this role, you will be building this office from the ground up ⬇️

🟠 Strategic direction – Alongside the board, you will play a fundamental part in the growth & overall makeup of their LDN operation

⚪️ Headcount growth – The aim is to add 25-heads this yr, with a large portion of that being in LDN

🟠 Revenue generation – Given the initial scope of this role, you MUST be able to bring in revenue

🟠 Up to £130k – 100% 1st year bonus

⚪️ Share options – wealth creation route in ’29

🟠 Substantial budget to hire – you will have backing to bring in multiple heads from day one

⚪️ Multiple bonus structures, inc personal comms, overrides & LTIP

⚪️ A leader comfortable with operating in a hands-on capacity
