Salary : £32k basic salary with a realistic OTE of £55k in year 1-2
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to generate revenue from net new business by identifying new business opportunities for our market-leading customer experience technologies
Main Accountabilities:

You will be given comprehensive training in the technical space we operate in, becoming a product expert, and able to demonstrate our CX platform to clients. Attending client meetings face to face within the UK, Europe and worldwide, travelling to national and international conferences and exhibitions and industry events, you will forge great relationships and partnerships with industry peers, partners, customers and suppliers.
You must have a keen interest in technology and the ability to apply yourself to learning new systems, you will be managing the sales of rapidly growing product sets in a rapidly changing, dynamic, and highly competitive environment. You will have the full support and backing of senior sales and technical teams when you need it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities by phone and email.
- Working closely with marketing on strategic campaigns.
- Conducting market research to support sales strategies, keeping up with industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Prepare and attend client presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospect identification to closing a deal.
- Actively taking part in the post-sales process, working closely with presales and provisioning teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales activities, ensuring data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Participate in meetings, events, and presentations to represent the company and generate new leads.

Person Specification (role requirements):
· Previous sales experience, meeting targets and working to deadlines
· Professional attitude and experience presenting to prospects and clients
· Fluent in English and extremely iterate, able to deliver written work to a high standard.
· Ability to organize / prioritize / build good customer relationships / pay attention to detail.
· Ability to quickly learn new technologies and become proficient in various software both internal such as Salesforce, and the products and solutions we sell.
· Honest and trustworthy nature.
What else looks good for this role:
· Outgoing personality with a good sense of humor.
· Prior experience in software sales.
· Experience in customer services would be an advantage.
· Fluent English and another European language would be an advantage.
· Driving license and/or ability to be mobile around UK and EMEA.
· Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
· Prepared to take ownership of a task and see it through to the end.

Hybrid-Working Policy
You will be contracted to work from the office however, Babble operates a non-contractual Hybrid Working Policy whereby you will be required to be in the office on company anchor days (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and will be able to work from home on Wednesday and Friday. Unless your role has different requirements.
The recruitment journey
We want to fill this role quickly, but we want to get the right person. The recruitment process will consist of a screening call with the hiring manager. If you proceed past this then you will have an interview with the hiring manager and possibly one other member of the Executive Leadership Team / management team.
