Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with global objectives. Identify market opportunities and drive innovation to maximise market share.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and optimal performance across all departments. Lead the integration of technology and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee the local budget, financial forecasting, and reporting to meet profitability targets.
- Leadership & Talent Development: Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Business Growth & Client Relations: Identify new business opportunities, expand the regional footprint, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to local laws and corporate policies, maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in a multinational company, ideally within the digital and creative services sector.
- Deep understanding of the UK market and business environment.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecast financial performance.
- Experience building and leading diverse teams with a focus on collaboration and high performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
