This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Rosencroft Capital Management (“Rosencroft”, the “Firm”) team as a Managing Director and Head of Client Coverage. Initially conceived as a single-family office, the Firm has since expanded to offer boutique wealth management services to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (“UHNWIs”) across discretionary portfolio management, advisory and reporting services. We are actively looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to provide a first-class experience to clients. You will be working alongside a team of talented colleagues across Investment Management, Business Development and Middle Office to support you in delivering a high-touch service offering to our clients.
Job Summary
The Head of Client Coverage is the face of our business. The individual leads client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, structuring and financial planning. The role is further responsible for the client experience and engaging the Firm’s resources to deliver a complete wealth management solution. The role is based in London, UK.
Job Responsibilities
- The individual will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, working in close collaboration with the Head of Business Development
- Maintain and further develop an existing book of business of consisting of UHNWIs
- Responsible for sales and implementation of our core service offering
- Leverage and coordinate specialists across Investment Management and Middle Office to provide best advice to our most complex clients
- Manage each account to ensure that they are properly maintained and adhering to Rosencroft’s internal policies and procedures
- Build and maintain trust with clients and effectively manage relationships
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Significant prior experience of working with UHNWIs
- Previous business development experience
- Proven sales success including: prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals
- Excellent understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews and identification of wealth planning opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong relationship management and team building skills
- Relevant Banking, Financial Planning and / or Investment Management Qualifications
