The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the UK construction or civil engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK infrastructure market and its challenges and opportunities.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to1 lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- A commitment to safety, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Chartered Engineer, MBA) are highly desirable.
