We are seeking two Non Executive Directors (NED) to join the Board, working closely with the Chair and other Board members to help steer the organisation to deliver it's priorities and strategic objectives at this critical juncture of the R&R Programme. One of the new NEDs will be appointed as Chair of the Risk Audit and Assurance Committee (the RAAC).
The Delivery Authority is responsible for developing and delivering the work to the scope, budget and timescale agreed by both Houses of Parliament. Working closely with the Parliamentary R&R Client function which is a Joint Department of both Houses, and following presentation of a range of options for how significant elements of the restoration work will be delivered, one of the Delivery Authority’s key tasks is to gain agreement to enable the Programme to move into the next phase. The Delivery Authority Board comprises a Non-Executive Chair plus six non-executive directors (up to two of whom are appointed by the House of Commons and House of Lords Corporate Officers) and three executive directors, including the Chief Executive.
Our recruitment partners for these positions is Saxton Bampfylde acting on behalf of the Delivery Authority.
Applications should be received by 12 noon on Friday 21 March 2025
