Role Overview:
The Business Unit Leader will be pivotal in driving double-digit year-over-year (YOY) growth while managing the P&L and leading the company’s transformation initiatives. The role is focused on uncovering new value creation opportunities, optimising operations, and improving customer success through the strategic implementation of technology and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Achievement: Focus on achieving double-digit YOY growth by identifying new opportunities for value creation.
- Financial Accountability: Own the P&L and deliver on key financial metrics such as growth, EBITDA, and margins.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction and overall profitability.
- Tech and AI Implementation: Leverage technology and AI to enhance performance and drive business results.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead the digital transformation of internal systems and product offerings to stay competitive in the market.
- Brand Representation: Act as a key ambassador for the Food Alert brand, nurturing and growing strong customer relationships.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to execute and monitor strategic initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a high-performing team toward achieving business goals.
