Non-Executive Director (NED) – Championing Growth & Leadership

⏳ Quarterly Meetings plus 1 day a month minimum.
Our client is a privately owned SME committed to building a diverse and inclusive leadership team that reflects the current team and vision of this Registered B Corp. To drive further growth, the goal is to appoint an exceptional Non-Executive Director (NED) to bring fresh perspectives, challenge strategic decisions and support ambitious goals.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who can contribute to boardroom diversity, including women and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.
About the Role
As a NED, you will:
- Provide strategic oversight and governance to help shape the future of the company
- Challenge and support executive leadership to ensure sustainable success
- Offer expertise in key areas such as HR, sustainability and the challenges of scaling an SME in a fast growth environment.
- Act as an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation.

Prior NED experience is essential and we are particularly interested in candidates with expertise of the following gained within entrepreneurial SMEs:
- Strategic leadership in HR and Sustainability
- Risk management in a fast growth environment

- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
