Our hiring process consists of four steps:

Our interviews are designed to be conversational. We want to get to know you and give you a clear understanding of what it’s like to work at PMG. We will respond to all applications within one week. Role Overview
As a Licensee of Porter’s Management Group and Managing Director/Principle Consultant of PMG in your region, you will lead our efforts to establish and expand PMG's presence in your local market. This role is suited for a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, alongside executive management or consulting. You will be responsible for driving business growth, building a high-performing team, and maintaining our commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity.
This is a licensee role where earnings are initially derived from the successful applicant's consultations. As the business grows and establishes a strong client base, there will be opportunities for equity-based earnings, allowing for greater financial rewards and long-term investment in the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and grow PMG's presence in your local market. Work with our founder and CEO in Canada to build a company that brings our expertise to your market.
- Market-building: Become the face of PMG and the consulting sector within your market; write, speak, and create a brand for yourself alongside PMG, leveraging your capacity to market-build, our proven track record and consulting history.
- Regionalization: Regionalize PMG’s services and communications to the local market.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and secure contracts.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Client Management: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering tailored consulting solutions that meet their specific needs and drive business success.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Brand Building: Uphold and promote PMG's brand image, ensuring consistency in branding, communication, and client engagement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of executive, consulting, or multi-industry experience with identified functional expertise. You do not need experience in all functional areas.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build and grow a business with a hands-on approach to leadership.
- Sales and Client Acquisition Expertise: Demonstrated experience in acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.
- Financial Management Skills: An ability to analyze performance metrics, control costs, and maximize profitability while fostering long-term client relationships.
- Client Focus: Exceptional client management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Integrity and Trust: Commitment to ethical business practices and building trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Innovation and Adaptability: Forward-thinking, with the ability to embrace new technologies and innovative approaches to problem-solving.
Technical Requirements:
- Legal Right: The legal right to own and operate a business within India.
- Investment and Capital: The capacity and willingness to invest in growing a business. This is not a salaried role; this is a chance to build equity in a consulting business without having to build something from scratch, with the support of an established consulting company.
- Commitment: Full-time, hands-on, day-to-day oversight and operational control of a consulting business.
- Dedication: Willingness to divest from non-passive business opportunities to pursue a PMG license or invest in a full-time Managing Director role. Alternatively, the capacity to hire a full-time Managing Director to pursue a PMG license or investment.
